“I have had a great experience with Neil as my educator.”

I have never had any major problems with my back. The odd niggle in the neck from sleeping funny, but nothing of note.

I have started running again this year, as a challenge, and then I did something to my hip. I went straight to a physio, and found that a joyless exchange. My husband suggested Neil and chiropractic as an alternative. I also found another physio.

I have had a great experience with Neil as my educator. I loved the descriptions of subluxation and the disturbances that can happen when your body is prevented from having a proper conversation. I expect the conversations that go on between my spine and my nervous system to be much more eloquent now. I enjoyed that it was a learning experience as well as a communication between Neil and myself. I am a bit nervous about the crunching I have heard about from other people’s experience, so I asked Neil if I could avoid that. He was relaxed and agreeable to do that for me and I never looked back. Every session is easy and non-invasive. Almost like music.

Neil never had a problem with my physio appointments and worked with the changes that happened as a result of the muscle work she was doing. I have been able to run again as if nothing happened and turn up for a fine-tuning with Neil every fortnight or so.

If only my running goal was as simple!
