This is a little feel-good story. I like it because it reminds me that small changes can make a BIG impact on one’s quality of life and happiness. The crux of the book Ask & It Is Given by Jerry and Esther Hicks is that there is nothing more important than feeling good. This is not in the context of being pain-free. This is a feeling-state by which good things can start to be drawn to you because your good feeling state is in harmony with your desires.

Small changes, one at a time, can make a big impact even over a short period of time. And I like where Sarah writes “we only get one shot at life.” Read more
